Beautiful shower. Looks great in our master bathroom but we are still having problems with leaks at each corner we have tried sealants but it still leaks. We think that It has to do with the sliding doors having certain areas that are slightly opened but we cannot seal it otherwise the doors will not slide. We are still trying to fix this problem. I love the sink, but the packaging is SO bad that the first TWO sinks that were delivered were too dented up to use. By the time the delivery man came with the third sink - after delivering AND picking up two others - he was laughing and calling us by our first names. After the second return, I talked to someone who suggested requesting extra special packaging, and this worked. The edges of the third box were reinforced when we got it, and the third sink had only a small bend on the lip, which was under the counter anyway. First of all, the order was significantly delayed so it wasnt here in the delivery window so I had to have the contractor come back out the following week. Secondly, they said they delivered to a safe and dry location but they left it in the yard and it had a pool of water on it because it was raining. And the crate was slightly broken. That said, all the parts were there and the glass is nice! It has great seels on the outside and between he stationary glass and the door. I cant guarantee how it will hold up but it heavy and pretty and tall. So far, Im in love. Delivery and shipment were not the greatest though but so glad it stayed in one piece inspite if it.. Kelly. Meh. It’s ok I guess. Pretty flimsy in comparison to the Miele that I’m replacing. I had very specific measurements for the chimney size, exhaust venting and style that would work so I guess beggars can’t be choosers but it’s not really what I would consider to be high end or even mid quality. Just cheaply made in my opinion. It’s held on with 2 x 1.25” 6 wood screws and my wife can lift it up by herself. The Miele we took down was a beast and solid like a piece of granite. This thing I can bend with my bare hands. Also the packaging is pretty lame. When it arrived the styrofoam was broken and there was a big dent on the back I had to hammer out (won’t ever see it). I was surprised when I received a call to verify the measurements and that we'd be able to use it. It was also amazing to talk to someone else who is in Texas as that's where i grew up and my family including my brother lives. The freight company who delivered was amazing. We haven't installed this yet but we did inspect the boxes and everything looks wonderful!! The glass is super thick and has a beautiful frosted look.
