The included wooden cutting board and roll-up drying rack are very practical, making it convenient for preparing ingredients, draining vegetables, and placing utensils, transforming the sink area into a complete workstation. The material feels thick and solid, not flimsy, and its easy to clean - a quick wipe is all it takes, and it doesnt easily accumulate grease.
