The vacuum was $999 on another site so I tried Wayfair. The description was confusing as to what attachments came with it and for that reason I give it 4 stars. The vacuum is perfect. I did end up buying a turbo power head from another site (having to buy a power head separately is pretty standard with these high end vacuums). This is the quietest range hood I have ever used with an unique design. The installation is straight forward for most with video tutorial online that's readily available. I went with a professional installation. This range hood is rated at 1100cfm and the unique design has worked very well. My home no longer smells even when I deep fry. I did two modifications for my installation. I went with a Zephyr 6"-8" duct increaser. The reason I did this is because the range hood is rated over 1000cfm. This might not be necessary but it's a choice I made for myself because of the rated CFM. My installation required a 4" spacer piece. I used 6" 10-32 fine thread screws to secure my upper cabinet to the range hood to make up the 4" spacer difference. This is not necessary according to Fotile but I went the extra mile for $13 more in screws, bolts, and washers. So far I am very satisfied with how quiet and powerful it is. Very disappointed! Purchased this item based on reviews posted unreliable. My main reason for purchase of this item was ease of installation and it offered a night light, however there was no parts list included so I have no idea what the wattage of the bulbs is or where to purchase for replacement. The bulbs do not screw in, they plug in. The top of the unit is not flat preceeding the front angle as shown in the diagram. The unit sticks out farther than the cabinet. Stainless formed with lots of up and down impressions which makes cleaning difficult. Need to cover with some type molding possibly. No Contact information or website for manufacture. [This review was collected as part of a promotion.] I love this nes range hood. It is sleek, flat on the bottom whi h makes everything accessible and easy to clean. The fan is a.little louder than my old one was, but ok. The package arrived safely(extremely well packed) and on time. The only problem we had was removing the knockout, the vent access. This was a great upgrade from my old extremely outdated vented range. It was on back order so I had to wait 3 weeks before it arrived. Once I had it installed I turned it on and the fan was not working. After moving it around and slightly pushing it in it worked just fine.
