Being able to schedule the unit to turn on has been a game changer. I like the night mode, especially since the screen turns off and it slowly tapers off how cool it is. It did startle us the first night because it makes a bit of a noise compared to a larger unit we have when on auto mode. The louver or where the air discharges moves up and down if you'd like and being able to have it close when the unit is off is nice. It's very very quiet compared to other desk fans I've used, plus it's a bit large to be considered a desk fan though also. It puts out the power of a larger fan. Whats really cool (get it?) about it is theres also these pads you can scent and put in the fan also!
