We receive our 52” fan well packaged. It took a little longer for delivery because of some kind of mix up but after talking to customer service from Wayfair the problem was taken care immediately. You can’t beat Wayfairs customer service. We have not been able to install this fan yet, so I will update later. It appears to be very nice with a lot of nice features. I think it being a smart fan will make it convenient. Update. This fan would not work with two different down-rods we bought so we decided to hang it with the shorter one it came with. We think it will be ok and looks good. We finally got this fan up and we really like it . The aged pewter with the gray blades look beautiful. The light will go nice and bright or a low light. It has up to six speeds and is very quiet. It comes with a remote and we had no problem hooking it up to our phone and google assistant. So convenient using the google assistant with it. I would give these fans a 5 if not for the one thing that I’m fairly disappointed in. I bought one, loved it so much I bought a second fan and that’s where I’m having my difficulties. I’ll explain, I use Apple HomeKit in house I have about 30 devices all controlled with Siri. My first fan was easy to install has a great fit and finish, looks great works great with Siri with no complaints. So I ordered a second fan, went together fantastically also looks great, but integrating it into my Smart Home not so good. It will not let me add the second fan, it actually says your fan is already installed which it’s not. After Googling the issue it’s a know problem. I just wasn’t aware of this issue until after I purchased and installed the second fan. So I’m relegated to only using the remote control for that 2nd fan. Beautiful ceiling fan, but it wobbles a little more than it should. Looks great in our guest room. We have an electrician friend we are going check with to see if we can minimize the wobble.
