it is a good quality of fabric and it is soft and "quiet". I don't like fabrics which make some noise when you move in it. It came nice packed. The only issue I have is that it is very little down inside that squares. the down move around and very often you have just two pieces of fabric. I didn't sleep under that cover yet, but I don't think it will be enough for the winter time. The majority of the fill (about 90% of the total fill weight) is the goose feather, which is in the center chamber. The feather core provides great, resilient support due to the feather quills. The outer chambers are filled with 575 loft goose down, which creates a soft buffer against the feather. Medium support is a moderately filled, fairly supportive pillow that works well for the front, back, side, and combination sleepers - it's a crowd-pleaser!
