This is EXACTLY what I have been needing! We were going back and forth with the idea of a Pergola or a Screen in Cage - I didn't want the "restraints" of having a screened in area (ie large gatherings wouldn't fit etc) and living in Florida I knew it wouldn't be used a few months a year and I wasn't willing to spend over $15k for a "patio".
