Water pressure is fantastic. The rain shower can be tilted which is great for someone short. The handheld being able to be moved gives you more control on where the water hits you. The knob can be a bit tricky when getting the water temp right but you get use to it. The install was a bit challenging for the contractor but overall great support from the manufacturer. Tooba. I wish I could share a picture but I just love the Crystal Bay shower system! It is exactly what I wanted with a champayne bronze and different shower heads and wide open rain shower! Not so easy to install and as mentioned a part was defective. Wayfair came through beautifully! Wayfair’s customer service is fantastic but not the manufacturer. This faucet is very well crafted. They gave you the best materials in order to put it together each cord that you have for your hot and your cold water are quality pipes and also just the material of the faucet itself was really good. The nuts on the end of the pipes fit very well and if they don’t fit, they have inserted brass nuts to adjust to those pipes if your pipes are bigger and it is just an overall very very well manufactured piece of equipment..
