Hello, I Purchased this item, and it arrived in a plain brown box with a shipping address to me from Wayfair? there was no information of what was inside. the box was all beat up it arrived about April 15th as planned but I waited for the weekend when I had time to open it. Inside was a bag with a pool inside no instructions only a patch kit (yellow) and pool. Had to make sure that it had 4 air chambers without blowing it up. It did (But I wish that it had a picture of the product and instructions or some kind of paper work, to me it is a returned Item put back out there for resale.) This inflatable water slide and play center has been one of the best summer purchases we’ve made. To be honest, one person can absolutely set this up alone without any issues. The instructions were clear, and the setup process was smooth. I recommend inflating it first before attaching the clear hose pieces—this made everything easier to line up and connect properly. We are a bit limited in space, so we weren’t able to attach the gliding extension that goes under one of the slides. Thankfully, it still works great without it, and the kids didn’t even notice anything was missing. The built-in sprinkler system is a fantastic feature—it connects to a hose and keeps a steady flow of water down the slide and into the splash pool area. It kept everything wet and fun without creating a muddy mess. The size is generous but still manageable in a driveway or small yard. The pool and slide combo gives multiple kids enough room to play without feeling crowded. It also deflates quickly and stores well. Such nice tubes! Stiff at the beginning and so require a little breaking in before filling to max capacity. These are excellent and very well made. All of our snow melted by the time they arrived, but that didn’t mean the fun stopped there because our kids (4 and 2) turned them in to swimming holes and did full on cannon balls into them with no fear of popping.
