This chairstool is, by far, the most comfortable stool I have ever sat on. I have a severe back issue and I can sit on this stool easily. The upholstered back and seat provide a great deal of comfort that other stools don’t offer. The padded armrests are a beautiful touch for both comfort and aesthetics. I originally ordered a couple of these and wound up ordering more. Originally it’s just my SO and me. After sitting on these we knew our friends would enjoy sitting at the counter too. I initially purchased only one of these stools because I have such a long island I wanted to make sure that I loved them before I shipped seven. The first one arrived on time and beautiful . I was in love!!!When I ordered the rest of them, it was a NIGHTMARE! After a couple months of them never shipping they finally canceled my order stating an error on the vendor processing side. I just wanted my stools in time for the holidays. I had to resubmit my order and due to the description being wrong they sent the bar height stools. So third time when they finally came months later every single one of them has paint chips and they are significantly smaller as you can see in my picture than the original one. Really like the bar stools the high back and thick cushioning is so comfortable. The swivel works well and is quiet even with heavier people. The only complaint is that only 3 of the 4 screws lined up to attach the seat to the legs - even with only 3 attached it it very sturdy. Update!
