Ordered the 10 x 10. The top is actually 10 x 10, but the inside is less so please read measurements. Took my husband & a friend pretty much all day to put together. A lot of pieces didn't actually line up with the holes for the screws. It looks good. We will have to see how it holds up in the weather. Very happy so far! We put this pergola up one week ago and have been very happy with the aesthetic, shade, and simple functionality. Assembly was straightforward with the exception of a minor hiccup - the QR code that was supposed to link to assembly instructions did not work. We used a Mirador assembly video on YouTube as reference, and it went together relatively simply. Two people, two drills, and two ladders is the ideal assembly scenario. This will make it relatively quick and efficient. Have only tested in light rain so far, and it kept us dry as designed. What an amazing purchase! The price was too good to pass up, and the quality exceeded my expectations. It has completely transformed our outdoor space, and we couldn’t be happier with it. Assembly took four people about 6–8 hours to complete, so plan accordingly. One helpful tip: each roof panel has a thin protective plastic film that needs to be removed before installation. I believe it’s there to prevent scratches during shipping. We found that letting the panels sit in the sun for a bit made the film much easier to peel off. Overall, this gazebo is sturdy, attractive, and an excellent value for the money. I would absolutely buy it again and highly recommend it to anyone considering it. This is a beautiful gazebo. The instructions are in pictures so if you need words for direction you are out of luck. It took my husband and I a total of 24 hours to put it together and he is a mechanic. The total time was partially because of our unusual placement in which the gazebo extends further than our patio space. Also, we secured the front posts in an unconventional manner by placing them in large pots which were then filled with heavy materials. There are what seems like millions of screws and other pieces. There were quite a few "disagreements" while assembling this item which was entertaining for the neighbors. We both agreed that if anyone ever asks us to help them build a gazebo we will politely decline. All parts were present but we made sure of this prior to starting the build. There were a few times that we could have used the help of another person when building the frame but stepladders helped immensely. Takes two to build the initial frame but the rest can be finished by one. Took me 10 hours by myself. Roof panels are tricky but you can bend the slots they go into open a bit more to assist. Lastly, the anchor bolts supplied are insufficient. I upgraded to a 38 inch cement anchor for my unit. Too soon to comment on the durability during wind. I’m hopeful. I absolutely adore my new four-season gazebo! It’s spacious, sturdy, and incredibly strong. I secured the post using heavy-duty bolts on a reinforced deck foundation. The instructions were not the most user-friendly, but since I’m quite handy with assembling things, I managed to comprehend most of the directions. However, I can understand how some people might find it challenging. Lastly, please don’t be like me and attempt to assemble this gazebo on your own. The Solarium is wonderful. Took us two weekends to put together. We were not in a rush. Instructions were well written and easy to follow. However, the nuts for the panels and track need to be reengineered for more rapid assembly. The solarium holds up well in the Michigan winter months. Keeps the rain and holds form during high winds..
