The other thing is the indicator bell when the oven reaches temperature is faint and it's not as obvious to read when the temperature is reached. But otherwise I love everything about it! Although this one sticks out 2 1/4 inches aound the door, the way the knob portion angles, it's flush with the countertop at the top. I especially like the angle for access to the knobs. Although some have noted, their space between the back wall, I have none and there should be none if install installed properly. Also, others have noted the cooling process sends warm air out the front vent, I knew it going in and it is not bothering me. The bottom Storage door is a bit light weight and small, but I'm glad to have it, as some do not and it's fitting a fair amount of stacked cookie sheets and broiler pans. We purchased this for a new home build that had a slide in range in an island. We did not want an exhaust hood that hung down from the ceiling and this one was perfect for a flush mount in the ceiling. It was priced considerably less than other brands that had white glass finishes. There are a couple discoveries we made however. It did not turn on once the power was brought to the new build. We called Awoco and were told to check in the black box under the stainless grill, for a white connection that sometimes is disconnected. That solved the problem and the unit lit up and worked with the remote and the voice commands. Customer service was very helpful and seemed to know exactly what to look for. There is one other thing to be aware of with the voice command, occasionally it picks up what it believes to be a request for action and starts talking, asking for directions. We thought we were hearing voices until we realized it was the exhaust fan talking. This was delivered super fast. It was packaged well. It was what we were looking for, and now that I’ve got it installed and used it a few times, I can say it works so well, and I love it. I knocked a star off because there are some frustrating (welding) stains on the stainless steel, and I got cut on a piece of sharp metal that was sticking out of it. Other than that, it’s a dream, and for the price, I don’t think we could have gotten even close with another option. Very satisfied and happy with this purchase. Fit and finish is 1st class. Door alignment, caster function, and included trim kit are what one expects from Italian manufacturing. I ride Ducati motorcycles. Live alone, so no need for a refrigerator with massive storage volume, nor the wasted space an ice maker takes up, nor access through the door. Such a clean look with thermostat viewing only. Counter depth of course is what I like most.
