The biggest surprise was how spacious the interior is. Even though it's a counter-depth model, the storage capacity is excellent. The shelf layout is well designed, making it easy to organize groceries, large containers, and beverages without feeling cramped. The design is another standout feature. The clean, modern look fits perfectly in our kitchen, and the PrintProof stainless steel finish does a great job resisting fingerprints, making it easy to keep clean. Performance has also been excellent. The refrigerator cools quickly, maintains a consistent temperature, and operates very quietly. We hardly notice it's running. The ThinQ app is a nice bonus, allowing me to monitor the refrigerator remotely. The only adjustment was getting used to the internal water dispenser and ice maker. At first, I preferred an external dispenser, but after using it for a while, I actually appreciate the cleaner appearance and the extra storage space inside. Overall, this refrigerator offers an excellent combination of style, functionality, and performance. This thing is heavy duty, had some installation issues as the bolt pattern was a little different than the unit i replaced. The instructions don't mention what all the hardware is for but I recommend getting an extra long screw extension and some screws with washer built in. The angle brackets they included for what i assume is a cabinetless setup came in handy to hold it up while I got the top screws in. Its quite heavy compared to old unit needed to reinforce cabinet to hold the weight. Also cut off the plug to do a direct wire install. Performance is very good so far and not very loud. The only think I am not crazy about is the bright halogen lights, they should be further back so it illuminates whole stove more than your eyes. Overall this is a solid unit in its price range and I can finally put battery back in my smoke detector.
