It's so easy and effortless that I can put my cupcakes or cookies in the oven and set the temp and tower and not worry if it's cooking evenly because it is! Large party size frozen meals cook evenly without me having to constantly check and turn it. When entertaining we can have the main course on the warm zone and guests come and go grabbing food that is still hot and ready to eat. The cooktop was a bit of a learning curve for me when it comes to temperature settings. Since there are two size option to heat the front burner you turn the knob to the left to set the smaller circle or right for the larger one. There are also less numbers on these so if you cook by number (like the teens set eggs to cook at 2 on the front left burner), you really have to do that number on the same burner each time because the back burners go up to a higher number and it won't be the same. Not a hard learn, just something to work into muscle memory. The whole oven being an air fryer is amazing. The glass overhanging the counter is a great feature add too. Downsides: it was very frustrating to install this extremely heavy appliance just to set it up and see that they offered little spacers for the tiny gaps in the back--I didn't get to use them because I would've had to pull the range out again completely. I sticker saying "stop! Before install install spacers" would've been nice! Having a baking drawer like kitchenaid offers would be awesome instead of just a warming drawer on the bottom. And lastly. If I had to improve anything, it would be two things, I would appreciate dials that were easier to read. The writing on them is small and not hard to see in low light. The other thing is the indicator bell when the oven reaches temperature is faint and it's not as obvious to read when the temperature is reached. But otherwise I love everything about it! Although this one sticks out 2 1/4 inches aound the door, the way the knob portion angles, it's flush with the countertop at the top. I especially like the angle for access to the knobs. Although some have noted, their space between the back wall, I have none and there should be none if install installed properly. Also, others have noted the cooling process sends warm air out the front vent, I knew it going in and it is not bothering me. The bottom Storage door is a bit light weight and small, but I'm glad to have it, as some do not and it's fitting a fair amount of stacked cookie sheets and broiler pans. We’ve had this stove installed since April. This stove is so beautiful. We love this stove in every way except 1. The knobs are very hard to read (black on black) . We really like the way it cooks salmon fillets using the Speed Cook technology -- a combination of upper halogen element, the lower element, convection and microwave. Pretty amazing. The nice exterior design looks good in our kitchen, right above a conventional Cafe wall oven. We purchased this oven to replace our previous (almost identical) 240V Advantium Custom Speed Cook oven. We appreciate most of the subtle display firmware/software improvements in the new VS1 design compared with the older NS1 model, which we replaced due to odd rebooting every few weeks. We loved the older model (other than the reboots) and appreciate the new one even more, except for the relatively loud alert sound when we open the door to check the temperature of something we are cooking. It's beautiful. I'm new to induction, so it's weird, so far, but I think that's about induction technology, not this stove. One super tiny complaint is the screws they give to put the black metal backsplash on are silver, so if your stove is in an island & you see the back of your stove, the screws stand out & look cheap.
