The shed arrived packaged in two big bundles and was delivered down two dirt roads to gravel driveway. Great delivery service ! My carpenter neighbor put the building together on piers. However he reinforced the floor with additional two by fours. The building was a good value with the windows. This building is my she-shed for my Mtn getaways. I love to camp and becoming intolerant to inconsiderate, loud, and drunk neighbors in next site. We purchased primitive lot in NC foothillmtn years ago. Unable to afford a second house here, my she shed will be my camping getaway site. No close site neighbors. Plenty of storage space on the shelf inside as well. I have not painted the building yet as too hot in NC but will later. It will serve as my new camping site! My neighbor Keith also constructed a deck for the she shed as well. I was impressed with the quality of the materials and the instructions were pretty clear. I put mine on top of of a concrete pad. Also did a row of cinder blocks, which required a little customizing where the door fit in the wall. The exterior walls are so thin that I would never recommend stapling a vapor barrier on the interior because the Staples come through on the outside even if they are very short. Well the shed is great but the team sent out to install it were not even familiar with how to put together a shed. They said that they don't even get told what they're going to build just to bring tools and show up somewhere. I was very disappointed. They didn't even get to finish that day but I didn't want them to come back because they wouldn't be paid to come back an extra day. The shed is very good. It definitely takes two people three would be better to put it together to hold the panels up in place and to get everything where it’s supposed to be and just a word of warning. Make sure that you anchor it to a wall or it will blow over. I had this shed tucked into a corner right up against house. I cannot believe that when got in there, but it blew it over and it was full of yard things it was a mess. I had to pull everything out of the bottom, which is open and anchor it into the wall, so don’t make the mistake like I did and think that just because it’s full, the weight is gonna keep it up in a high wind because it will not. UPDATE 1 YEAR LATER: you must attach this to your house. i did not attach it to my house even though i had it tucked in a small space right up against the house with the chimney to one side. i thought it was secure because the whole thing is also in an enclosed fenced yard and didn't think the wind would get behind it at all. . that being said it blew over one evening when it was TOTALLY FILLED! What a mess. i had to pull everything out of the bottom and get 2x people to stand it up. the back popped open and one of the panels got damaged. all and all it was ok but we now attached it to the house. so don't make my mistake and think all the weight you have in it will keep it from blowing over..it will not. even in an enclosed area.. I was looking for a 10x12 shed with the door on the wide side which was surprisingly hard to find but fortunately this fit the bill. And Wayfair had it for a very reasonable price, so win-win! For a foreign made product I was thoroughly impressed with the instructions & how clearly pieces were labeled- they were surprisingly good! Assembly was very forgiving; measurements/alignment didn't have to be perfect, there was some forgiveness built in. HOWEVER. Every. Single. Piece. of stamped sheet metal (every side panel, every roof panel, the end gables, doors, etc) had a protective plastic film on it. No big deal right? Those are held on with static electricity right? NOPE! It's really thin plastic with an obnoxious adhesive- so if you heat it up, the glue loosens but the plastic softens & tears wayyyy too easily. If you don't heat it, the adhesive is too strong and tears the plastic wayyyy too easily. So lose-lose. Like literally I would say 50% of the time I put into assembling this was excruciatingly peeling torn plastic pieces off and 50% was enjoyably screwing & bolting pieces together watching the shed actually come to life. This outdoor storage shed is pretty complicated to build. It took me a couple of days to put together the floor and the walls, and I'm still not done because I realized a few parts are missing from the back wall, and the front wall part is about 3 inches shorter. So now I'm waiting for the missing parts and doing my best to make it work. My level of experience in assembling stuff is so-so, but I strongly recommend hiring people to build this because it's pretty complicated to build a shed like this that has over probably 100 parts that have to be meticulously assembled together. I was able to assembly the shed by myself. I kept the vertical beams from falling over by using tape (string would have worked, too) to nearby anchor points, such as a shelf unit or a stepladder. The instructions have no words, but the line drawings are good. Step 1 line drawing shows holes for 4 screws but the product had only 2. Step 2. the holes don't line up exactly. I used a bolt in the largest hole as a temporary alignment aid. Step 3. Perhaps it should be said that the doors go on the end with part #1. If you are assembling the shed in a small area, it it important to face the door in the right direction. I assembled it in a space that was about 6 feet wide. I had to push the shed back and forth to work on one side, then the other. Step 4. When putting side panels on, the bottom screw goes into the bottom frame. It's the most difficult one. To hold the panel while I worked on it, I put a temporary screw in one upper corner, then did the screws on the other end, starting at the bottom. Step 5. Part number 5. The bottom end is the one with a notch. After doing step 8, you could also do step 13 and step 18; that would hold the door frame better. Step 11. I put 9L on the right, 9R on the left. I think it depends on which way you want the roof to slope. Steps 14 and 15. These are the pieces with the sharpest edges. Reverse the directions on step 15 if you want the roof to slope the other way. I had to drill 2 holes for this step. For a product with hundreds of holes, most of the alignments were good. But I had to drill a hole in part 7 (frame above doors) at each end. The directions do not show any screws into the bottom of parts 12R and 12L, but you need 10 or so to connect these panels to the top of the shed. Holes are provided, but the instructions omitted that step. Step 16, the roof panels. Do the center hole first, because you can't exert much pressure on it. You will need to push the panels a bit. If they flatten, then the holes spread apart. Do the top side next, because if you are on a short ladder (like I was) it's more difficult. If the shed isn't exactly square, then the holes won't line up well. I did it in about 2 half-days. There were lots of F1 screws and plastic washers left over.. Michael. La Verne, CA.
