Really like the design and functionality of this shower head and the wand is amazing. I have the wand in my shower currently, and this valve and head is for my guest bath that is about to start remodeling Faze. I think this is one of the coolest looking shower heads. Its very sturdy and will look great installed. My only gripe if I even need one but I worry that down the road, if I want to change out the shower head or if theres am issue, its not a universal swap due to the connection. Im no plumber, so maybe its not really an issue, but it doesnt affect anything because thats years away. Definitely recommend this to anyone looking to remodel or at least do some updates.. Douglas. This item is beautiful, functions great, I love that the tub spout can be moved out of the way, it's a high quality item that my contractor suggested I buy because it's all metal parts (not plastic parts that will break). Well worth the cost, I think it was reasonably priced anyway. Very well made. It looks beautiful in the bathroom. I got this on an open box deal so I didn't look too closely to set up etc. First, it's beautiful in the gold finish. It's solid and doesn't feel or look cheap. The sensor is on the side of the faucet which is smart (unlike the last faucet I had, that was in the front so it went off a lot) The talking Myrna, not for me. and I find that the sensor is not very sensitive, it takes a few times to get it to turn on/off. The bad- I was replacing an older battery operated faucet with sensor. I did not know that this new model was a plug in electric operation. That required installation of an outlet under my sink that I had to buddy off an outlet on the other side of my wall. Huge PIA! And it won't run manually b/c the water runs through the module box. It's done now but I wouldn't purchase this again if I had known. I also don't like that when you pull down the sprayer when the faucet is on *but water isn't running b/c I used the sensor) the water doesn't kick on like my old model. I still need to say water on or use the sensor to get the water to run. It looks pretty and I may end up just using the on/off handle like a manual version.. Heather. Middle River, MD. I wish I could share a picture but I just love the Crystal Bay shower system! It is exactly what I wanted with a champayne bronze and different shower heads and wide open rain shower! Not so easy to install and as mentioned a part was defective. Wayfair came through beautifully! Wayfair’s customer service is fantastic but not the manufacturer.
