After running the conditioner for more than 4 hours our room didn't cool off because the heat coming out the back of the conditioner through the exhaust connection was too much heat, thus the conditioner couldn't cool the room at all. The slanted back is comfortable and the water depth is deep enough to soak without a cold back. Holds heat well enough you can break out in sauna sweat if you’re in a hot bath long. Easy to wipe down clean. Easy to install for DIY bathroom updates. Light enough to carry to the second-floor bathroom but sturdy enough that it doesn’t move constantly when you’re getting in and out.
