The air conditioner itself is cooling nicely the patio door kit does not work the exhaust attaches way at the top like 78 inches high and the exhaust hose doesn't reach putting the air conditioner with casters on a 18 inch platform was not a good idea so I made my own patio door template out of corrugated plastic see picture attached. It hasnt really been that hot in Michigan yet. I purchased this air conditioner in May. Fast forward to June and the temperature is over 90°, this air conditioner just did not perform as I had hoped. Not whatsoever! I really wish to return this and I do not know if I can or not. I did however purchase a 5-year warranty so now I need to find out if I can send this back because I wasted my money.
