Exactly as described, but does NOT come with the accessory bag. The manual is useless, although you dont really need it. I took a star off for shipping. (And apparently the shipping label was unreadable and needed replaced at some point.) And then FedEx not only delivered to the wrong address, but just left the box on the street basically. Oh, and the box was damaged, one corner was open. Anyway, the item itself isn't fancy, its basic, but it will work for its intended purpose. I watched some reviews before I purchased, and its exactly as described. It isn't huge, so if you need something bigger go with a different brand. All in all, youre getting the advertised item.
