We are SO happy with this tub! The seating arrangement is perfect, with no “lounger” to limit options. Setup was a breeze for our electrician- he was very pleased with the accessibility of the electrical components. The jets are amazing, the cover fits nice and snug, and everything works exactly as we had hoped. The tub arrived in perfect condition, the shippers were pleasant, and it arrived right on schedule. Overall, it’s been an absolutely perfect experience, and my only regret is being unable to give it six stars. Update Almost 2 12 years in, we still love this tub! We tried reaching out to Wayfair customer service but was told nothing could be done. The chairs are adult owned and used - no harsh treatment by any means. We feel disappointed in the quality (or lack of), but also in Wayfair's refusal to stand behind a product they sold. One of the attached photos clearly shows the filling material and separated stitching. The other not so much because we have attempted to stitch it ourselves to keep it from becoming worse..
