I love this vacuum. It works great. The only thing is the cord will get stuck in the bottom of the vacuum if you’re not careful while using. This product is harder to find, it did come in dirty so had to hand clean each unit, 3 out of the 50 units per defective and the magnet that came with the product is not retail user friendly. I had a spare one with handle and it worked so much better. The basic brick style magnet took some play to get unit to unlock. It does the trick but overall quality not as good as I expected. Now I don't think robot vacuums will always be 100% perfect but this is pretty good, I think it's quiet, I can use my phone to navigate, pick a room and it'll go there ,mop or vacuum. When max is on hardwood mopping and senses rug, his mop pads lift up and go onto carpet, it senses stairs and has mapped my entire upstairs, it reads the room pretty good and gets all that dust and hairs that blow around every day using his swing out spinning arm grabbing anything in its path, he doesn't like to eat cords, so you might want to move them out of way or he'll get tangled. You can use app to x out that spot were cords are, the mop solution smells so good, battery lasts a while, when he needs to refill he heads back into his machine, refill and empties on his own, i love using him every day.
