I replaced my 20 year old grill with this Napoleon 700 series grill. The technology on this grill has come a long way compared to my old grill. Cooks great, doesn’t flare up like my old grill. It has an insulated hood that keeps a consistent temperature. I used the rotisserie for the first time this weekend and it worked great. I couldn’t believe how quiet it was. With the back infrared burner it cooked very evenly. The lights on the grill work great for cooking at night and they look pretty cool too. I read someone had this on another review and it outlived their 16 yr old doggo so I assume it will outlive her and I can use it for another dog too. Looks great. The strip that keeps water from flowing out the bottom of the door isn’t adhesive enough so I’m going to have to glue it down with something stronger. Until I do that, I just keep the door slightly ajar about a 5 degree angle while in the shower (my door opens into the shower) and the water rolls down the door and into the drain. That’s why I’m so glad the hinges were reversible and I could set the door to open into the shower, a big deal because I didn’t have space to open the shower into the room. Also the shower came with more than enough of that strip that goes at the bottom in case I should have to cut another piece I’ll have enough. No other water issues Another reviewer mentioned that it should’ve came with two of those L shaped wall brackets, I agree that would make it more sturdy. It seemed wobbly when it was first assembled but once the silicon was dry it’s pretty solid, you have to be very careful those first few days until it dries though. The glass is beautiful the hinges are not too shiny and look sturdy. I squeegee the glass almost daily because it’s fun but even when I don’t, there aren’t any spots. I bought this crate as it is approved for Alaska airlines -this is a 500 series and for a 72-pound labrador who will be flying in the cargo hold. Assembly is easy enough, no tools needed, and the crate has enough space for my lab to turn around inside and sit. It feels very secure and the door of the crate has small holes on all 4 corners so that it can be secured via zip ties for travel. This is one of the very few crates available and approved for air travel, so I am happy I found it and it shipped very quickly as my lab needs to practice her crate training before our flight. What I do not like about this crate: - plastic wing nuts to secure the bolts aren't ideal, they should just include the aluminum ones by default. I had to buy the aluminum ones separately. - quality control issues - there are 3 missing washers because of which the corners cant be secured. Without the washers, the bolt just slides through the hole. I had to purchase washers separately, a set that includes 9 sizes, as I do not know what size is appropriate here, which is an additional pain point. As small and insignificant as a washer might seem, it is a very important component as the crate will be useless without. They should include these as well. - no ease of purchase - they should include all-travel related components as one bundle. crate, mat, live animal stickers, animal passport, food and water bowls etc. I had to buy these separately..
