The overall quality of the range has been excellent so far. We get compliments about it from all our guests and it really is a statement piece in the center of our kitchen. The only grip I have is that the burners do not turn down enough and the wok burner makes a strange humming sound at any level above 5 when any pan is placed above it. We are used to cooking with stainless cookware and the only usable burner for cooking on lower heat is the simmer burner. The others are just too intense. The grates are really heavy duty. [This review was collected as part of a promotion.] This is a pull-out hood with a very low profile when installed. You can only see about 1" of the face, unlike most other hoods. I looked long and hard to find a hood like this. The suction of this hood is very good. Cleaning the filters is easy. They are removable and can be washed in the sink. There are three different levels of exhaust suction, even the lowest setting is suitable for most kitchen tasks. I like the brightness of the built-in lights. They have a warm color to them.. I love this fridge. It looks sleek and the middle drawer is super convenient. We use it for drinks not as vegetable drawer. The fridge is smaller but works fine for 2 people. There are many pros about this range hood. First, it’s heavy duty - far heavier and sturdier than my previous one. Second, it’s all metal, even the filters, and includes a grease trap, which is a big bonus feature. The fan levels are great and it’s much quieter than our previous hood but definitely powerful. So far we are loving this upgrade. We did not use the vent hose it came with but bought an all metal one at our local home store for better greasefire protection. I will say the directions are somewhat lacking, however, if the person installing it knows what they’re doing, it shouldn’t be a problem.
