Arrived two days ago. I paid to have it dropped directly onto my concrete pad. Got electrical hooked up yesterday, filled it up last night, got in it this morning. The good stuff: It looks good, should be very reliable given how simple it is, and was a great price. The not-so-good stuff: They sent me the wrong color, the ozonator was broken upon arrival, the drain connection is tucked back under the tub and has no shutoff valve, the jets control is just one button but still manages to be confusing. But, at the end of the day, I just want some hot water, with jets, and not have it die every six months. So, I'm mostly a happy customer. Update: Just a heads-up, exactly where the cover lift arm attaches, there's a vertical strap in the way (see my photo). Determine the minimum door width: Two options - either the door opens to with full width of the wall opening, or the door can partially cover a portion of the wall opening. (For instance - for a bathroom door, you may want 4 to 6 inches of door remaining accessible after opening to easily access the door pull from the bathroom side of the door). To calculate door width to open exposing the full wall opening, then measure the distance of the wall opening and add 8” (wall opening width + 8” = minimum door width. The door can be wider than this). Love this invisible hardware as a modern option to traditional barn door hardware. We bought several Iron and Glass Doors and Glass Reeded Doors from Wayfair and although the doors came with traditional barn door hardware we opted to purchase this Houdini Hardware and it was a fabulous decision. We were able to add a piece of poplar to the top of the door frame and we will paint it black to match the door, to allow for the hardware to fit as you need 2 1/2 inches of width to attach the hardware. I received the cabinet the day after the order was placed. item was well-packaged and undamaged, with all pieces enclosed. It took two people to assemble it. However, the instructions left a lot to be desired; a video would be more helpful - we actually found one online posted by another vendor and used it to confirm our setup. Due to space limitations, the cabinet is sitting in my L/R next to a large traditional piece of cherry wood furniture - and it actually blends in nicely. This was delivered super fast. It was packaged well. It was what we were looking for, and now that I’ve got it installed and used it a few times, I can say it works so well, and I love it. I knocked a star off because there are some frustrating (welding) stains on the stainless steel, and I got cut on a piece of sharp metal that was sticking out of it. Other than that, it’s a dream, and for the price, I don’t think we could have gotten even close with another option. This has worked well for us. Way to out together and produces a great compost. One thing to note is that the compost can rest on the bottom ledge inside which can make it difficult to open the doors.
