I still rate it high though, and recommend it. I'll tell them to use pee-pads over the mattress and it'll work well. It's very well made from nice materials. The mattress is stiff enough to not crush over time, but is also very supportive and comfortable. The side rails are stiff enough to stay upright and not sag under a heavy head. The non- skid bottom is actually "tacky" enough to really be non-skid. All of those qualities make it a better bed than most.
