I love this thing! Easy to use and works so well!! I’ve already cleaned multiple rugs and our bedroom carpet and it looks so much better! It dries really quick on the quick clean mode. Delivered fast, but horribly packaged. This is how it was delivered, the box falling apart. The exposed side is scratched and dirty, one of the corners is bent. It’s missing the two door latches. The door is misaligned, the bar on the top is so badly misaligned that you can only get two of the four screws into it. The cushioning is soft but still supportive, so it seems really comfortable for longer naps. I really like the size and shape of this litter box, it fits nicely into the corner. My cat had a little trouble using it at first because it scared him, but he uses it now. The only issue I have with him is he has learned to throw the litter out through the door.. which can get messy, as you can see in the photo.. otherwise,It works quite well.
