This dryer is awesome. It seems like it takes longer than a normal dryer, but it really doesn't. We don't have to run it 3 times to dry towels. It can fit a lot of towels. My dog would not use these. I do not blame him, as I tried walking up them myself and they were very difficult. They would probably work if they were foam, however the hard plastic is where the problem lies. Careful when returning this product.
