This works great for starting my spring veggies. My only complaint is there is no way to attach the top cover to the bed itself. This was easily mitigated by simply using a thumbtack. My husband and son put it together in 3 hours. It really helped to have the second pair of hands. After 84 cubic feet of soil and painting it to match the garden shed near it, the vegetables and herbs are in and thriving. Confusing a bit to put together but once you really pay attention to the differences in the boards (small holes on the bottom ones) than it is easier.
