For the price, I’m very happy with the quality. I ordered 4. Shipping was pretty quick ( a lot quicker than the estimated delivery date). Packaging was excellent. Instructions were simple and clear…easy to understand ( unlike many items that come with poor English translations). The white gloves were a nice touch lol. Assembly was quick. First one took longer (learning curve). 4th one took 23 minutes from careful unpacking to putting the felt pads on the bottom of the legs. I lost 2 minutes due to trying to get the paper off the sticky pads . I like that there are small indentations in case you want to put the screw in type later. Overall. The final product is very nice. I had a rough time with delivery. It was delivered with no screws ! I called the enclosed phone number and had them send the hardware. Called back and found out that the hardware was on back order but the representative put a rush on it and I finally got the hardware as you can see in the photo. The dresser has a drawer safety lock system where only one drawer can be opened at a time to prevent tipping. Great concept! It did come with a scuff inthe leg but can easily be painted over.. Buyer Beware! None of the measurements on the drawing provided are accurate. In addition, this bed is listed as accepting an extra long twin and it does not....both the top and bottom trundle are able to hold a twin mattress. This bed took 3.5 hours for two very handy people to put together. All pieces were provided though you will need a drill to place the slats. You will need a 6 inch mattress for the trundle and an 8 inch for the top unless you want to utilize a 10 inch mattress on the top bed which will cover most of the backrest. The dove gray fabric is a nice color and upholstery is relatively soft to touch. There is close to a 1.75 inch gap at the top of the trundle where it meets the bed frame which is not evident from the pictures provided.
