These were a good idea to try in our tiled shower stall so the suits can drip dry in the shower. I first installed then on a smooth area of the tile without the sticky, and was impressed at how the suction worked, how strong it held. But even after using rubbing alcohol to clean those spots, each one of the fell within 24 hours and I hadn't even tested putting anything on the hooks yet. Luckily these came with stickies for a better support, and since using those, the hooks have not fallen off. The only thing I'm worried about is if I'm ever needing to remove these hooks, what will be the best way to get them off the wall, including any residue? Found the perfect installation product! I was looking to make an old fixture smart automated and this SkyPlug canopy kit allowed me do just that. The company has a SkyHome app that controls my light and best part was how easy it was to install the plug and canopy onto my fixture. After installing the outlet and plugging in my Eurofase fixture I realized how dirty the glass was. The Skyplug allowed me the ease of unplugging and cleaning my glass fixture on the ground and then quickly plugging it back into the ceiling. Where has this amazing invention been?
