Three things to be aware of: (1) Many of the pre-drilled holes weren't drilled all the way through, so we had to drill them ourselves; (2) You need your own specialized tools (like a drill with a certain-sized square drill bit & two different size sockets); and (3) At least for us, the box arrived extremely damaged, with holes in the box. Love the color and sturdiness of this bench. Looks great in my yard! There were a few assembly problems. One par of screw holes would not line up, no matter what, and I had to re- drill one of the holes. I had to hit the frame with a hammer to get a few of the others to line up. This chair fits perfectly in with my other Adirondack chairs surrounding our firepit. We replaced it with one that was wearing down and this one is much better. I really like that it has cup holders on both sides so no worrying about where to sets your drinks down. It’s made well and no splinters when sitting down! The only reason why I didn’t give this a 5 star rating is that when putting it together not all the holes were pre-drilled. Once put together this is a nice chair and it can hold just about anyone.. I love this set! Even dropping it a few times while putting it together, it had not damage and didn't damage anything it fell against. I even dropped some of the legs on the dining room table at several times, and they didn't scratch it. It is classy and comfortable. The colors are great (went with black frame and off-white cushions). It seems like it will hold up well. The only reason I didn't give it five stars was because of the directions to put it together. Wrong! We finally just ignored them and looked at the sketch on the booklet and went from there. I actually like that the two-seat loveseat can either be attached together or placed with a little space between them. Sometimes you have people who like to sit that close and othertimes you have a group where it would only be used as a one-person seat, otherwise, because no one wants to sit that close to another person.
