Worked well for our studio vacation rental, where people occasionally don't read the description and don't realize it only offers one queen bed until they walk in! We had to flip the footboard to where we were putting the headboard to make the holes match - so before you panic, try that! This turned out to be a great purchase and exactly what I needed. It was quick and easy to assemble, and the mattress is truly 5 inches with good-quality memory foam-my Pops says it’s very comfortable and said he doesn't need a mattress topper. It’s easy to open at night and store in the morning, rolls smoothly without scratching my floors, feels sturdy with the wheels locked, and fits perfectly in my small living room closet. I’m very pleased with the quality. For extra peace of mind, I did purchase a thin rubber floor runner to roll it on when moving it to and from the closet, and I added quarter-size felt pads under the legs for additional floor protection. The sofa arrived ahead of schedule in just 3 days! I immediately assembled it. Took me 1-1/2 hours start to finish. Some parts not labeled and one was mislabeled but it was easy to figure out which was which. We absolutley love this sofa for the money. It does not look cheap as another reviewer mentioned and the quality exceeded my expectations. When we folded out the bed, it measured 72" long by 46" wide which is all we need for the occasional guest.
