Once complete and set up its a decent enclosure. We got it for our chickens and attached the hen house to it, just left off a couple bars and zip tied the entrance right to it. The instructions absolutely suck and we wound up having to unbolt like 200+ connections to double up the gussets. Now, my wife and daughter got the base started and then asked for my help, I never questioned whether or not they started it correctly so perhaps they missed a step. The door is like waist high to my 6’ frame so it’s a definite crouch to get in there. I can stand in between the “roof trusses”. It has a good appearance and I wonder how it will hold up to the AZ monsoon winds. I used spiral drill in anchors to pin it down, no way the little stakes it came with will keep this in our yard in high winds. I am contemplating what to do in a couple years when the top is sun rotted away, there are only a few trusses to make the roofline and while it looks great, it does not take much to push it off level/plumb. To my amazement, this came in three relatively small, but heavy boxes and we were a few nuts and bolts short but they at least give you a spare parts bag, which had enough to complete the build. Be prepared that this comes in literally hundreds of individual pieces so it can look overwhelming, just follow it step by step and comes together rather nicely, be patient nd take your time. It really is an amazing engineering feat to get this big ole enclosure in these three little boxes. Overall, I am pretty happy with it. I wish the top had the same level of structure (aka bars) as the walls so the fabric top can be optional for predators and when it simply rots away but it would be easy enough to just get some netting and/or a shade later.. Why in the world the previous owner installed white ceiling fans on a brown house is beyond me!! I hated the old fan, how dirty it was and how it didn't match the exterior of the house in any way at all. So, I stumbled upon this GREENEVER outdoor ceiling fan and knew it would be perfect! The fan was fairly easy to install (cramming the remote box into the housing without crimping wires is always the hardest part!). The ABS blades will hold up in any weather, yet don't look like plastic. The fan is totally quiet - not a sound! For the price that Wayfair charges for this set of two chairs, I honestly think they are good value. I purchased them to create a cozy seating area on my front porch, paired with a small side table I also bought from Wayfair, and the whole setup looks inviting and comfortable. One of the biggest selling points for me was the material. These chairs are made from high-density polyethylene, which is ideal for my location right by the ocean. The salt air here is brutal on most outdoor furniture, but this material gives me confidence that they’ll hold up well over time. They also claim to have UV stabilization, which I’m hoping means that they will resist fading and maintain their appearance and durability through our long, hot, sunny days. In terms of construction, these chairs are impressively sturdy. They feel solid and well-made, with a generous size that makes them very comfortable to sit in. The listed 360-pound weight capacity seems believable given how strong they feel. Assembly was straightforward overall, but I would recommend paying close attention when attaching the seat. One section is slightly slanted, and if you don’t notice it, you may have to go back and redo it like I did. Hopefully you can learn from my mistake. The chairs are good looking and the color is vibrant. They’re also easy to clean, which is a big plus for outdoor furniture. I ordered this for our front porch in our new house in GA. Hubby has not had a chance to assemble it yet because after 6 weeks we just got our belongings and the truck they were on caught fire. Much damage and missing 4000 pounds of our stuff. This won’t get assembled until he is free to do so, or if I can talk my son into it. I did open the box and look at the contents. It is very heavy duty and the box itself weight in at 101 lbs. I know it will be really nice. I just have to be patient. I’ll be back for a more thorough review and completed pictures once it’s done. I bought the gray. Oh and I did not find directions in the box. Hopefully I just missed it. I will let you know. Should be fairly easy to assemble though. There are letter markings on each piece. Update 1426 My husband finally got these heavy duty quality chairs assembled. I couldn’t use the tray or cupholders on my front porch. There just wasn’t enough room for them. However I saved them in case we decide to put them in a different location where the tray and cupholders would work. However right now they are perfect just how they are and where they are.
