The shed arrived packaged in two big bundles and was delivered down two dirt roads to gravel driveway. Great delivery service ! My carpenter neighbor put the building together on piers. However he reinforced the floor with additional two by fours. The building was a good value with the windows. This building is my she-shed for my Mtn getaways. I love to camp and becoming intolerant to inconsiderate, loud, and drunk neighbors in next site. We purchased primitive lot in NC foothillmtn years ago. Unable to afford a second house here, my she shed will be my camping getaway site. No close site neighbors. Plenty of storage space on the shelf inside as well. This shed was super easy to assemble. I am a 5' 3" 67 year old female and it took me an hour and 45 minutes to complete. Approximately 15 minutes of that was sorting and verifying parts. The instructions suggested two people to assemble floor, and that probably would have helped, but I was able to do it myself. My foundation was already in place. So we have begun to assemble. It will look like a nice structure when completed. I like it BUT, It has horrible directions, making it painfully slow to assemble. Will need to use clear silicon to keep the ceiling from leaking, and possibly the sides as well. I will reinforce the structure in the corners and secure it to the ground (for hurricane/tornado season in Texas). Personally, I will choose to replace the strategic panels with clear plexiglass so I can see inside and through to the back, or look out, as the provided panels are 'frosted'.I hope the adjustments will render it as stable as I'd like because I am very happy with the size and it's cute.... Once complete and set up its a decent enclosure. We got it for our chickens and attached the hen house to it, just left off a couple bars and zip tied the entrance right to it. The instructions absolutely suck and we wound up having to unbolt like 200+ connections to double up the gussets. Now, my wife and daughter got the base started and then asked for my help, I never questioned whether or not they started it correctly so perhaps they missed a step. The door is like waist high to my 6’ frame so it’s a definite crouch to get in there. I can stand in between the “roof trusses”. It has a good appearance and I wonder how it will hold up to the AZ monsoon winds. I used spiral drill in anchors to pin it down, no way the little stakes it came with will keep this in our yard in high winds. I am contemplating what to do in a couple years when the top is sun rotted away, there are only a few trusses to make the roofline and while it looks great, it does not take much to push it off level/plumb. To my amazement, this came in three relatively small, but heavy boxes and we were a few nuts and bolts short but they at least give you a spare parts bag, which had enough to complete the build. Be prepared that this comes in literally hundreds of individual pieces so it can look overwhelming, just follow it step by step and comes together rather nicely, be patient nd take your time. It really is an amazing engineering feat to get this big ole enclosure in these three little boxes. Overall, I am pretty happy with it. I wish the top had the same level of structure (aka bars) as the walls so the fabric top can be optional for predators and when it simply rots away but it would be easy enough to just get some netting and/or a shade later.. The exterior walls are so thin that I would never recommend stapling a vapor barrier on the interior because the Staples come through on the outside even if they are very short.
