Zero stars. It doesn’t come with any tools to get a plug off the back. Tool needed is a massive hex key that is nearly impossible to find. Please tell people before they buy or at least in the instructions that they need this tool. It also never cooled past 19 degrees and is a PAIN to get a refund. This is a nice compact dehumidifier. It's sturdy and heavy but doesn't take up too much space. The wheels and handle are great for mobility. One of the best things about it is how quiet it is in operation. For a commercial dehumidifier, the sound is very low. I don't have the ability to fully comment on it's effectiveness yet but can say that the reading changed rather quickly with a short test try.
