I love this pergola! I had been debating one for years and finally found one with all the features I wanted. We dont have any trees so theres no natural covering, and the backyard gets blasted with sun during the day. This pergola is perfect for manually adjusting the 4 different sections of louvers for the amount of sun wanted. We havent used the curtains or netting yet but I love having the option when needed. We paid for assembly which occurred over 3 days and 3 different crews. Caution- I dont recommend using the included anchors for anchoring to your base, unless your base is absolutely perfectly level. The worst part is the roof pieces have a film that has to be removed and that took up the most of our time. It was brutal . Maybe 4 hours to remove . We did have a smaller window a/c unit that was just ok, but this one is a game-changer! It has a/c AND heat! Year-round comfort! It’s powerful enough to cool our entire garage (and we live in the South-so it definitely has its work cut out for it). The heater doesn’t exactly heat the whole room when it’s super cold out, but it definitely takes the chill out of the air and warms it sufficiently to make it possible to use the room in winter. We love it! The remote is handy and the timer feature is awesome. It is well-made and the as easy to install. We had to order a sleeve to slide it into, but it was very simple. I purchased this item twice before with other sellers during COVID but each time the order was cancelled after several months by the seller when they could not obtain the steel tubing for the sturcture. This unit was delivered to my door on the date promised when I placed the order with Wayfair. I have not setup the unit yet due the weather conditions.
