This bed is perfect. I have a lot of health issues and my body hurts a lot but laying in this bed I don’t hurt as bad. It takes away most of the pain so this is a must have to have bed. I contemplated ordering this mattress for a couple months before finally doing it and so far I have zero regrets! Shipping was fast, communication was great with tracking. Packaging was easy to open, and the mattress is great quality for the price. Firm and not flimsy, yet still soft. Just be aware you can feel springs if you’re not used to that and a topper might be desirable for daily use; this is a guest bedroom mattress for me and will work perfectly for that purpose. I’ve only had this mattress for a short time, but so far I’m pleasant. It’s not too soft and not too firm — the balance feels just right. This mattress is extremely comfortable and more on the firm side. Just wish the sides wouldn’t sink so much when you sit on the edge, also if it would have handles to help move it around easier. Love this mattress! It is heavy! But there are 2 handles each, on each side of the mattress to make for an easy lift with another person! It is true to size in thickness! We had to get deep pocket sheets because our regular ones kept coming off. The only reason I gave 4 stars was because it is a little softer than I like. I wish it was a bit more firm. This mattress works ok. I think it leans more to a firmer side than medium firm. Though it works good, I think, having more memory foam on the top part would make it feel a little more comfortable and would definitely help with firmness. I appreciate the support on edges because it really is holding well with weight and I don’t just fall when seated on the edge but I still think there are other medium firm mattress around that feels more comfortable.. This memory foam mattress is very big and comfortable. I love that it has handles on the side for easy transport. This review is on the delivery experience not the machine. The delivery team was polite, but the experience was extremely frustrating and disappointing. It took roughly 1.5 hours to install a washer and pedestal because they were not familiar with how the pedestal installs. Despite clear issues during setup and their reluctance to take guidance, I ultimately had to determine the correct installation steps myself just to get the job finished. After they left, the washer repeatedly threw an error, which took additional time to troubleshoot only to discover that they had failed to turn the water supply valves on. This added to an already unnecessarily long and difficult process. To make matters worse, their driving on the property was reckless. They drove at an unsafe speed on the driveway and nearly caused a head-on collision with a vehicle exiting the property.
