Smaller than I wanted it will not hold the towels side by side. If your plug is behind the rack there is not enough room for the towels to hang and its a fight to get them on the rack. Also the rack does not heat as well the only area that heats is where the towel is laying across the bar not just touching it. This is a nice, big, heated towel rack! We love the finish—we were looking for more of an antique brass finish, but this one was gold, not too shiny, and worked perfectly.
