I just love my new cooktop. The design makes it really easy to clean. In terms of performance, I noticed that cook times are a little bit shorter. The gas dial has a wide range, so I can go from very low to high flame. Also having an additional burner is great. I can have multiple meals going at the same time. The collection bucket can hold up to 8.5 pints and a bucket full indicator and auto shutoff will be your queue that it needs to be emptied. Convenience features like auto defrost, auto restart and a 24-hour on/off timer make this unit simple to operate.

This 10 pack of disposable drip trays will help to keep you grilling for a long time. Each tray can be used several times, depending on the amount of care between each use. We recommend emptying and rinsing out the contents of the tray after each use so the flavors in the tray from the previous grilling do not interfere with the next. Easy to install, product is intuitive, and lighting on knobs/under unit are awesome. One element that is lacking is the back hi g design. This unit is designed to be built in, and as such costs 4x what a normal Blackstone unit does. The hinge configuration creates a gap on the back edge which is not an ideal transition to your top. Back hinge placement also causes the front of the lid to wobble a bit when opening and closing. Small detail but big one when building a high end outdoor kitchen. This is a great little dehumidifier. We got it for our basement because our old one was getting old and starting to have problems. This one is smaller and a lot quieter.
