Smaller than I wanted it will not hold the towels side by side. If your plug is behind the rack there is not enough room for the towels to hang and its a fight to get them on the rack. Also the rack does not heat as well the only area that heats is where the towel is laying across the bar not just touching it. This is a great little dehumidifier. We got it for our basement because our old one was getting old and starting to have problems. This one is smaller and a lot quieter. For my small space, 7 x 9, with a tall ceiling, I’m very happy with this small air con. I’ve noticed it’s cooled down my shed office and made it more bearable, both during the day and night. It’s not as cold as a regular air con, but it’s still very good. Compared to a portable evaporative cooler, this unit makes being in a small space, more enjoyable. I have been using these filters for the last 7 years. I live in LA and the facet water isn’t the best to drink. These filters make a healthy water that taste good.
