This is a very nifty fitness machine. I ordered the machine in the black color. It was easy to assemble and came with everything you needed. The squat machine itself has different resistance bands to increase the difficulty to up to 100 pounds. This is a full body workout as you use your arms and legs for the movement. You can use this machine at any fitness level. The seat and handles are comfortable. I do recommend wearing shoes because the pedals will hurt the bare feet after a few minutes. The resistance bands for the arms are high quality too and provide a good workout. I highly recommend this machine if you are looking for machine that will workout different parts of your body..
