I needed something thin that would still allow my office chair to roll over it freely, and this fir the bill. I like the nice subtle design. It really balances out the darkness of my wood paneled room with the more contemporary light colored and metal furniture. It really ties the room together. It also cleans up easily - no issues with any of my vacuums. Though it is somewhat thin, it's still heavy enough to stay put when vacuuming. I deducted one star because I noticed after about a year or so, the rug started losing its shape ever so slightly in the area where my chair rolls around. Like it was bubbling/warping a bit. I love this rug. It's exactly what I was looking for. I imagined a textured, cream, natural rug in my living room, and this fit the bill. I've bought 3 over the years (since 2019, I think) since I have pets and . . . I mean, this essentially white, not really washable rug just doesn't really work with them! You can't vacuum it every day; it's not sturdy. It is beautiful, however. It's a compromise about beauty vs practicality in this case! I took a chance on this rug. There were no reviews when I purchased it. I absolutely love it. It had an indoor for maybe 30 mins. It rolled out perfectly. It is rough on the feet but I was expecting that with Jute. I want to be able to layer in the winter, and it will be perfect for that. The colour is deep and rich.
