This rug is thick and the weatherstripping drags across it, but I think once we have experienced some traffic in and out the door, the rug will settle down and hopefully that will stop. This rug is really quite the showstopper. I was disappointed that delivery took so long. I waited I think two months on this rug roughly to be delivered, but it was worth the wait and the delivery workers were very nice.
