I use this too keep a head of lettuce. The lettuce stays fresher longer. If the head is too big, I cut in half. If the lid is not designed to fit the 14-inch pan, Zwilling must clearly specify the exact dimensions and compatibility details. This would help customers make informed purchasing decisions and avoid any confusion.
