Update 524 Contacted Wayfair the day I found my dented bottom piece. They got me in touch with Monument Grills the same day through their support. Monument Grills shipped out a new replacement base plate and I received it today. Excellent customer service. Changed my review from one star to 4. Would of made it a 5 if I didnt have to go through having to contact Support in the first place. Used the grill a few times now. Cooks great. Came dented. I read numerous reviews stating theirs were dented. I decided to roll the dice. No luck. My dent was on the side of the lower base plate. It affected the uniform shape of the grill. Really had to tighten screws to get things to go. The right door just falls off when I open it because the lower peg is slightly unaligned. Hopefully I can contact someone and get this replaced. The recirculation kits performs multi-stage filtration and removes the odor from the gas and smoke that is sucked into the range hood, which removes harmful components and pollutants in the smoke, and effectively solves the problem of using range hoods in houses where the range hood cannot be exhausted. Do not try to clean the charcoal filter in the recirculation kit as it can not be cleaned, Please change the charcoal filter every 4-6 months (depending on hood usage)

Have not assembled the grill yet am waiting until we get to yhe lake but in the past we have have not had any issues with the assembly, parts or quality. We were very, very pleased with the delivery process. The delivery men were polite and respectful! Item came precisely when they said it would and package was packaged nicely and came totally intact - no tears or bumps in the packaging. The delivery crew called 30 minutes from when they arrived which we appreciated- it was all a very pleasant experience - as it has been in the past when I have had items delivered thru Wayfair. Bought this several months ago. Although I sent the link with specs and installation instructions to the builder's subcontractor, he installed the grill on wood supports which is combustible. Of course, the builder blamed us for not buying via his subcontractor (which would have been much more expensive). After the subcontractor made a steel box with cement board to address the combustion issue, we discover he didn't allow room to pull the grease pans out.
