Have not assembled the grill yet am waiting until we get to yhe lake but in the past we have have not had any issues with the assembly, parts or quality. We were very, very pleased with the delivery process. The delivery men were polite and respectful! But overall, the assembly was fairly simple, and the directions were clear and easy. We just used our new grill for the first time this past weekend. Picking a stove was a major consideration and dilemma for me during my kitchen renovation. After finally settling on this Paramount duel fuel, I am very glad I went with it! It’s really beautiful and so far, has worked flawlessly. Nice flames, easy to adjust (I made the switch to gas from electric and I am so pleased!). The oven has been spot on with temp with no real learning curve. Love the simple and basic controls, no frills with the exception of style and lovely slide-out racks! Minus one star for being a little bulkysticking out farther than many (although i knew this at purchase) and also for some loud popscreaksgroans when oven coming to temp.
