I love the versatility of the bed that makes getting comfortable easy. The memory adjustment is nice as is the quick return to flat. I’m probably going to get a new topper for it as the memory foam one I had on my old bed seems too soft but that’s not the fault of the mattress. Things I don’t like that I suspect would apply to any adjustable is it’s impossible to keep sheets in place and the difficulty of reaching your nightstand after getting in bed. I have a queen and I’m short so the feeling that the bed is short might bother a taller person. Again this might be true of any adjustable not just Helix.
