This couch is pretty great! It comes in 7 boxes which are all pretty heavy - one was 116lbs. Assembly was easy - definitely listen to the instructions when they say to put the back cushions on first. I immediately noticed that many of the cushion covers were stained either with black marks or makeup - the worst one is pictured. The manufacturer was very quick ant responding to the issue and is going to send replacement covers. The bottom cushions are firm, but the back cushions are slightly softer. Given the light color, the couch is already showing dirty spots which I knew that would happen. Love love love this couch! Its sooo comfortable and a great size! I was a bit skeptical about what the quality would be as I have bought couches from Wayfair before that weren't the best but this couch is great! I love that i was able to arrange it in the way that works best for my narrow living room, I also love that there is velcro for the cushions to keep them in place as it is very annoying when cushions don't stay put. It was also pretty simple to put together. I really love this couch! I recommend it. It is comfy really good value for the money, but I would say that the back rest seems a little weak and it is definitely low. I plan on buying legs that are just a little bit taller, but overall it met all of my needs and expectations. It was a good value for the money as assembly was super easy except for one bag that would not be dislodged from the seat (you’ll understand if you buy it). I like the color, but I might be biased because I like any shade of green. This is like a dark sage. Here are some photos when I first received it and after removing a mattress that was behind it and not pictured is the second ottoman because I did what another user did and separated one of the seats..
