This was a breeze to apply. Simply shook the container to mix the contents and then applied with a paint roller. Avoided work during direct sunlight hours. Re-applied until the container was empty. When the first rain came I noticed the water bead up and roll off of the driveway as expected. I will probably do this yearly to maintain the concrete. Best price I could find also.. Earl. This robot is much smarter than my previous Roborock Q Revo. It hasn’t gotten stuck once while my older robot would constantly ram my speaker stands till I manually moved it. The auto detergent is a convenience compared to my older robot where I would have to manually put it in the water tank every time I changed the water. The camera is a nice feature being able to see what obstacles or things lost under the bed. The auto empty function is much quieter than my previous robot. Great product for protecting concrete. Be careful with how you want to apply this product. I used a plastic container and sprayer, and this sealer literally melted the plastic/ spraying wand. I had to buy stailess steel sprayer to apply this sealer. Also, use a very good quality gloves to avoid any skin rash. It would be great if the supplier supplied MSDS sheet and warning label to not to use any plastic sprayer. Product is excellent, easy to apply! I’ve been extremely impressed with the Roborock Q7 M5. Setup was quick and easy, and the app is very user-friendly. The suction power is outstanding, picking up dust, pet hair, and debris from both hard floors and carpets with no issues. The self-emptying dock is a huge convenience and saves a lot of time. Navigation is accurate, and the robot maps rooms efficiently without missing spots. The mopping feature is also a great bonus for keeping floors looking fresh between deep cleanings. Overall, this vacuum has made maintaining a clean home much easier. Excellent performance, reliable operation, and great value for the price.
