We received door damaged. The finish was chipped off and the door had been dropped on the corner. When I contacted Wayfair about the door the customer service rep was not able to help me. The business rep was able to help and get the exchange initiated. Replacement was a disaster with needing to pay for the second door to be shipped before first door was picked up and refunded. Second door arrived. Panel was smashed through and frame was cracked where door knob gets installed. It was again a hassle to return with photos and four different agents needing to be a part of the process, and no one able to help until the business rep supervisor. Third door arrived. Again, broken where door knob gets installed. Overall I DO NOT RECOMMEND this door, as shipping and quality are extreme issues. No compensation was offered for the irritation, delay, or lack of usable product, with no consideration to the four weeks it added to our remodel project. Sink does not include pre-drilled faucet hole because this sink is reversible. There is an option for the plumber to punch out a hole on whichever side is desired by the customer, as seen in the dimension diagram. Alternatively, the faucet can also be installed on counter top behind the sink.

So far so good. We are slowly replacing all of the stainless hardware in our kitchen which can get quite pricey. This sink checked all of our boxes and the price was nice. It looks a million times better than the stainless drainboard sink it replaced and we like the deep bowl. As for how ours is installed, I have an unfair advantage because my husband installs solid surfaces for a living. So he customized this drop-in sink and made it an undermount sink like he did with our previous drop-in drainboard sink. Time will only tell if this sink can withstand constant abuse from daily use and retain its clean white color. just don,t like the fact that the delivery people delivered it and probably had it in the truck up side down. AFTER OPENING THE BOX THE DOOR WAS NOT SECURED WITH TOP AND BOTTOM BRACES, STAPLES WERE USED IN WRAPPING UP THE DOOR WITH CARDBOARD AND PUT INTO THE BRICK MOLDING.
